Dr. Na Zuo and Dr. Patricia Sparks co-teach AREC/NAFS 365 "The Food Economy – Efficiencies, Gaps, and Policies" in Fall semesters. In Fall 2020, they conducted research regarding food insecurity among UArizona students in March 2020 and again in November 2020.
